Ok so here goes!

Monday the 12th was a normal day for me with work and thoughts of going to bed after work. However, God had other ideas for me! I got off work and was picked up by my boyfriend Joe and he told me that we were going for a walk in the park near his house. I thought, "Ok, slightly weird" but he had just come from a meeting with our pastor. I figured he wanted to talk about the conversation.
We walked around the park and lake for about 15 min and stopped by a bench to watch the ducks and birds by the water. I was feeling very relaxed and happy. After several minutes, my mind turned to dinner and what was waiting for me at home to do. Joe, however had other things on his mind. I made some off-handed comment about if he was ready to go yet. NO RESPONSE FROM HIM! Suddenly, he was kneeling before me with a ring in hand and was looking into my eyes and asked the all important question, "Will you marry me?" Well I didn't believe he was seriously asking me and I responded of course you know I will. He proceeded to ask me again with much more earnest, "No will you marry me?" Something clicked in my head, and I realized that he was actually asking me to be his wife! I said yes! For the next half an hour everything didn't seem real. I was on the top of the world....

Well, I figured with all the changes that have occurred in my life in the last two weeks, I should start a blog!
